The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for expanding existing accounts, new account development (greenfield) and converting legacy on-prem to Cloud as applicable to the client needs.
The AE works to achieve/exceed assigned sales quotas and goals for customers through responding to RFPs, developing proposals for customer presentations, and coordinating account resources with representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering, and development. 

 

PRIMARY ROLE 

  • Sales of CX, Workforce Engagement & Optimization software and services in the territory
  • Develops sales strategies and forecasts sales volumes for all products and channels in territory
  • Works with Solution Consultants to address customer needs
  • Establish short- and long-term goals for his territory in line with corporate objectives

Qualifications

  • 7+ years Enterprise level field sales experience; prior SaaS, CCaaS or UCaaS preferred
  • Ability to translate technology and features into meaningful business solutions
  • Strong analytical and business deal-making capability; ability to create and identify opportunities 
  • Proven ability to grow current clients and acquire net-new customers
  • Demonstrated history of quota achievement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Extensive negotiation and contract development experience
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel to customer sites, channel partners, internal meetings and/or events (national and/or international).
  • University degree or equivalent experience
