GENERAL SCOPE & SUMMARY
Customer Data Management team manages and maintains the customer master data including customer names, addresses and account details, along with customer asset records. Ensures all systems accurately reflect the appropriate customer information for reporting, support entitlement and ongoing renewal activity. Interfaces with various departments to resolve issues pertaining to customer data
PRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing/maintaining the accurate information of customer master record and CPQ assets in SFDC
• Responsible for CPQ assets changes & Service cloud entitlement updates in SFDC
• Responsible for setup of Prospect and customer account records in SFDC and Netsuite.
• Ensuring renewal opportunities are getting created for eligible opportunities.
• Responsible for reviewing CPQ assets and Service cloud entitlements in a timely manner to ensure customers are entitled for support.
• Knowledgeable on company specific product/support offerings, pricing policies and programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to communicate information and interact effectively with other departments.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform repetitive tasks with extremely high accuracy
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
• Working knowledge of ERP and Asset Management systems
• Ability to timely communicate complex information to Sales, internal departments and all levels of Management.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills. Professional demeanor to maintain and enhance relationships.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand system processes and policies and apply that knowledge in individual situations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 1 - 3 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Ability to pass a background check may also be required.
• Physical requirements include sitting for long periods of time and working extended hours as needed during quarter end peak volumes.
